	PLEASE READ THESE CUSTOMER TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY.

EBB Terms Of Use

	THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) is a legally binding agreement
	that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which
	may interact or interface with EBB - EASY BUSINESS BUILDER also
	known as EBB,(the "Site") and its Services, which shall be defined
	below.

EBB Services Offered

	EBB OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES Which are offered subject to
	your acceptance without modification of all of the tems and conditions
	contained herein and all other operating rules, policies(including,
	without limitation, Easy Business Builder's Privacy Policy)and
	procedures that may be published from time to time on this site by
	Easy Business Builder(known collectively as the AGREEMENT).

	Any and all visitors to our site shall be deemed as "users" of the
	herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS and
	must be minimum of 18 years of age to use it.

	This User Agreement is a contract between (CUSTOMER) otherwise referred
	to as YOU and EASY BUSINESS BUILDER otherwise referred to as EBB. and
	applies to your use of the EBB services and any related products available
	now or in the future (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to
	be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use
	or access our Services.

	EBB may from time to time offer additinal website Services and/or products,
	or update, modify or revise any current content and Service, and this
	Agreement shall apply to any and all aditional Services and/or products
	and any and all udated, modified or revised Services unless otherwise
	stipulated.


Enforced User Policy

	We Strictly DO NOT ALLOW members to use our services to promote or facilitate
	websites that are based on or contain:

	- Hate or racial materials, comments etc Of any kind or description
	- Adult Material (Including age specific access sites)
	- Bad, foul or abusive language
	- Viruses, Spyware or Malware
	- Auto installing/downloading software
	- Any Illegal Business activity in relation to International & US law
	- Pages or part Text that is not written in English without the inclusion of a translator
	- HYIP, pyramid or Ponzi schemes
	- Investment surf sites or any autosurfs
	- Matrix sites, randomizers, cyclers or similar "get rich quick" schemes
	- Weapons or other state regulated items
	- No Banner Farms (Sites Or Pages that show more than 10 banners on a page)
	- No Text Ad Farms (Sites Or Pages that show more than 10 Text ads on a page)
	- No Gambling Sites
	- No Cash Gifting Sites
	- No Revshare Sites

	Any other material that may be offensive or unethical will be removed at
		the discretion of Admin.

Contributor Responsibility

	If you operate a blog, comment on a blog, post material to the Website, post
	links on the Website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make)
	material available by means of the Website (any such material, "Content"),
	You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting
	from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in
	question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software.
	By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:

	the downloading, copying and use of the Content will not infringe the
	proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent,
	trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;

	If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have
	either (i) received permission from your employer to post or make available
	the Content, including but not limited to any software, or (ii) secured
	from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to the Content;

	You have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to the Content,
	and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to end users
	any required terms;

	That no copy, intent or direction reflects on the list of strictly enforced
	user Policy and responsibility.

	Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, EBB has the right
	(though not the obligation) to, in EBBs sole discretion (i) refuse or remove
	any content that, in EBBs reasonable opinion, violates any EBB policy or is in
	any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use
	of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in EBB's sole discretion.
	EBB will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

PAYMENTS
Easy Business Builder uses third party payment processors for taking payments and we are not part of the Payment Processors company nor can we accept any loss or damage for their use. For this reason we do not store any payment info and all payments are collected via the processor and our scripts alerted to update your account.

If you have any issue with any purchase from Easy Business Builder please submit a support ticket to us and we will try to work with you to come to a satisfactory conclusion. Initiating a chargeback, refund request, not as described or item not received dispute without first contacting us using our support desk and giving us 5 days to reply will result in immediate suspension of your account. Those are not ways to mutually resolve issues and should only be used as a last resort for example awol admin for a long period of time. Having your account removed for breach of these terms may also result in the loss of your accounts at all sites associated with us as well as selected other sites that we work with to share false dispute information and bad practices.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or point purchases. These things are non returnable.

DISCLAIMER
Easy Business Builder Does not provide Guarantees of traffic amounts or frequency of visits to your advertising.
Members: Almost all participants advertise sites, products and or services. You may assume they may get compensated for each sale, signup or purchase. Almost everyone using this site to promote hopes the same. Compensation for efforts expended, commissions - whatever the term - are the responsibility of the site or possibly the promoter - NOT Easy Business Builder. We of Easy Business Builder are not responsible for any other site's terms, payments, promises or claims of any nature. Easy Business Builder has full authority to change, modify any and /or all of these terms at it's discretion
